Sometimes soaps just strip the moisture.<br><br>It's a great rinse. You only used 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar to one cup of water. So cost effective and my hair feels great.<br><br>My boyfriend actually had a throat infection from the dirty air in the loading dock at his work. The antibiotics just wouldn't kick it so he was taking shots of the ACV to boost his immune system. With that he also ate garlic cloves and made a tea from various healthy herbs.
